Your Key Responsibilities
- HR Records Management: Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records (contracts, personal data, documentation) in accordance with legal and company standards
- Administrative Support: Assist the HR team with onboarding/offboarding processes, benefits, and day-to-day documentation tasks
- Employee Support: Serve as the go-to person for general HR-related inquiries and ensure accurate, timely assistance
- Payroll Preparation: Collaborate with the payroll team by preparing data and supporting documentation for payroll processing
- Compliance & Process Support: Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies; contribute to HR process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in HR administration (a must)
- Fluent Italian (a must)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid Category B driving license
