What You Will Be Doing:
- Payroll Management - Accurate and timely processing of payrolls with compliance of labour laws and tax regulations.
- Data Administration - Maintaining precise records.
- Employee Support - Addressing HR-related questions from staff, and providing important information.
- Compliance Assurance - Ensuring all payroll activities adhere to relevant legislations, internal policies, laws.
- Process Improvement - Collaborating with project teams to enhance payroll systems and procedures.
What We Need From You:
- Experience in HR
- Experience with payroll
- Italian language is a must (B1+)
- English on communicative level
- Analytical skills (working with data)
- Advanced PC user skills (Word, Excel)
- Consistency, responsibility and ability to work independently
- Driving License
